National Technical Assistance Providers

HUD creates contracts with organizations to help local community groups use HUD's programs and resources. Contact these national technical assistance providers that work with colonias and farmworker groups.

 -   Housing Assistance Council - provides technical assistance to local organizations in rural America, particularly high-need groups and regions such as the Southwest border and farmworkers
 -   Rural Community Assistance Corporation - helps rural communities in 13 Western states, including Arizona, California, Idaho, Oregon, New Mexico and Washington.
 -   Enterprise Foundation - serves community-based organizations across America.
