Lenders underwriting FHA loans may only accept appraisals from appraisers on the FHA roster.

New Online Appraiser Application
On May 5, 2008 FHA launched an online appraiser application process that has replaced the use of paper applications. In preparation for the transition, the cut off date for submitting paper applications was April 22, 2008.  Read more
